What is your favorite location, place, building, or spot in Royalton? Why?

I guess our home here is just about my favorite spot.  There are some spots on the farm we have a family picnic site on the hill.  Mostly just around here.

What do you think makes Royalton unique or different from other places you have lived or visited?

I think it's uniques because it hasn't been able to get built up. The town center situation between the river and the railroad and the interstate-there's nowhere for a strip mall or anything.  It's just a gorgeous little town.

What is the most challenging aspect of life in a small Vermont town like Royalton?

I think the challenge is diplocmancy. Keeping an even keel with all your neighbours.  Living your values but listening to everyone else's too.

What Royalton resident made a positive difference in your life?

There are a lot of people that I admire in this community.

What do you want people to know about your town?

I would say it's a great town with great community, people support each other.  It's got all the great basic services, fire department, rescue, school...the law school has been a big benefit for town even though a lot of people don't think so.  It's done a lot for he town.  So i just think it's a great place to live and raise kids.
