What do you think makes Royalton unique or different from other places you have lived or visited?
It's a small town, it's not a big city, it's a very pleasant place. You know most of the people. It's a place where you know your garbage man, you know your mailman, you know everybody. They know you, which is sometimes not good.
What is the most challenging aspect of life in a small Vermont town like Royalton?
Making a living. That's it – you know don't complicate it.
What Royalton resident made a positive difference in your life?
They all do in one form or another. I have no specific individual. Everybody plays a different role and I like them all and I've enjoyed working with all of them in one form or another.
What do you want people to know about your town?
It's a lovely place to visit, it's a lovely place to live, and don't too many of you move here.
What is wish for your life? What is a wish for your town?
My life - to expire in health. My wish for the town - to be prosperous and to keep improving.
